* Size and capacity are estimates. It also depends on how much space your dancers need for their movements.

Extra fees if applicable

  • $500 refundable damage & cleaning deposit:
    • If the rental is recurrent
    • OR, if the rental involves 30 or more people onsite
    • OR, if you bring in equipments – e.g., furnitures, lights, tripods, musical instruments. Let us know if you plan to bring in equipments

  • Large group surcharge:
    • 30 to 49 people: Extra 50% rental fee plus $50 cleaning fee
    • 50 or more people: Extra 100% rental fee plus $200 cleaning fee

  • $200 cleaning fee:
    • If food or soft drinks is consumed in the studio – Let us know if you plan to serve food or drinks onsite
    • OR, if you did not restore the studio to clean condition before you left

Equipment Rental

We recommend you to consider the light fixture package for your filming needs (detailed in the above table, right-most column). They are production-grade equipments specially designed for each room, and battle tested during our daily use. The fee is deeply discounted for our customers compared to renting them from the market.

Below are additional movable items. They are for in-studio use only. Must also book a studio rental. Price applies to one continuous rental period within the same day regardless of duration.
