Refund Policy

Class Session

Class sessions are non-refundable. Each session may be rescheduled one time only if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Class Package

Class packages are refundable within 7 days of purchase, subject to a 5% processing fee. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only. After 7 days, class packages are non-refundable.

Summer Camp

Summer camps are partially refundable before set deadlines: Refund minus 5% processing fee by May 1, 50% refund by May 15, no refund thereafter. Missed classes can be made up in other summer camps of the same year by appointment.

Account Balance

Account credit balances are non-transferable and may not be shared outside the same immediate family household, defined as parents and their minor children living at the same address.

In limited situations such as relocation, extended medical leave, or other verified hardships, the studio may allow a one-time transfer of the entire remaining balance to one other account, subject to a 20% reduction of that balance and retention of the original expiration date. The balance owner must submit the request in writing to account@tingna.dance. All approvals are at the studio’s sole discretion.
