Space for private classes, birthday parties, recitals, or ceremonies. Currently, rentals are exclusively available to our students and staff.

Extra fees if applicable
- $500 refundable damage & cleaning deposit:
- If the rental is recurrent
- OR, if the rental involves more than 20 people onsite
- OR, if you bring in heavy / high-wattage equipments – e.g., video lights, tripods. Let us know if you plan to bring in such equipments
- $200 cleaning fee:
- If you consumed food or soft drinks in the studio – Let us know if you plan to serve food onsite
- OR, if you did not restore the studio to clean condition before you leave
- $200 AC maintenance fee:
- If you set the AC temperature below 71°F
- OR, if you forgot to turn off the AC before you leave
